Latest reviews of iPlanJournal Life Coach app for iPhone and iPad
This program is promising but at the same time frustrating. First it does work but I would like a better help system. You would be advised to buy a book on coaching. Second the most frustrating thing about the program is the saving of your data. You end of losing your edits. It should save automatically but it doesnt. Even when I do save the information the program cannot seem to do it on a regular basis and when I go back my edits are not there. The help through e-mail is good as they responded quite quickly but I would wait until the saving issue is resolved until you purchase this program.
This is not an intuitive inspiring approach to goal setting at all. Its been put together lazily in my view; elements like duration have to be manually input when in fact they could be calculated automatically very easily. I will go back to using a pen and paper! You should also be able to set target dates for sub goals. All in all its a clunky part finished app. Avoid.
Paid app doesnt come with useful instructions. The main screenshot is just a wallpaper for the app not shortcuts to add your goals. You are better off with a simple notepad.
I thought it would be more visual because of the colorful web displayed on the ad. Its a simple planning calendar. Im disappointed.
It is nothing but a database lots of empty pages w/out any interaction from the app. Any list program would be just as useful. Definitely not what the picture shows with goal setting for different areas of your life. To get a free trial download iplanshopping it is almost identical.
